SoundFile is the name of a wav file to play.
If SoundFile has no extension, Windows searches for wav files.
SoundFile must fit in memory. If SoundFile does not include a path,
PlaySound searches for SoundFile in the current directory, then
the Windows directory, Windows system directory, and the directories
listed in the PATH environment variable.
If SoundFile is not found, PlaySound plays the default sound.

If SoundFile is wait:n, PlaySound waits n milliseconds before.
playing the next SoundFile.
If a sound is currently playing, PlaySound exits immediately.
To exit PlaySound before SoundFile finishes playing, hold Ctrl and
press C. PlaySound will exit with ERRORLEVEL -1073741510
If there is a command line syntax error, ERRORLEVEL is 1.

-? This usage screen.
-NoDefault - Do not play default sound.
