LOG writes the current date and time to the DOS
Standard Output Device along with a message (optional)
from the command line.
This output may be redirected to a file as follows:
LOG This is the message>MYFILE
LOG This is the message>>MYFILE
The first example above puts the message in a file named
MYFILE. If MYFILE already existed, it is erased.
The second example appends (adds to the bottom of) MYFILE.
If MYFILE didn't exist, it is created.
