cat reads input file(s) and writes them to the standard output.
If an input file is blank, CON or -, the standard input is used.

If an input file name contains spaces, surround with double-quotes (").
cat reads from input files in ASCII mode, a line at a time.
Line length is virtually unlimited. For binary files, use Concat.exe.
Output lines are delimited with carriage return, line feed (ASCII 13,10)
input file lines may be delimited with either or both.

-? (or --help) this usage
-A, --show-all equivalent to -vET
-b, --number-nonblank number nonblank output lines
-e equivalent to -vE
-E, --show-ends display $ at end of each line
-n, --number number all output lines
-s, --squeeze-blank never more than one single blank line
-S, --squeeze-blank-trim like -s, but line is trimmed of spaces and tabs
-t equivalent to -vT
-T, --show-tabs display TAB characters as -u (ignored)
-v, --show-nonprinting use and M- notation, except for LFD and TAB
--help display this help and exit
--version output version information and exit

Single letter options may be combined (ex: -AbeEnstTuv)
